What a cool property this is! They really can accommodate any level of care. Under one roof is assisted living then scattered around the many acres, there are ‘twinhomes’ w/garages and cottages w/carports.
This Youtube and a few others from this property were from several years ago. I found this video of the large 2 bed/2 bath apartment, another video with a huge outdoor balcony and another of a small 2 bedroom apartment. I couldn’t find one under the new ownership so I am going to recommend to Vickie they post some new footage.
How independent do you wanna be?
Colleen at the front desk is who will greet you when you enter the very large four story area. She can tell you which way to go when you get there, depending on what you’d like to see. This building houses the Independent Living Apartments and the Assisted Living portion of the village, along with the restaurant, salon, thrift shop (run by residents) and lobby.

This is an example of a ‘twinhome’. These range in size from 1,523 sf-2,214 and have an attached single car garage. They will run you from $3,938/mo-$4,837/mo so don’t sell that golf cart yet!
Cottages are a bit smaller: sizes available are:

- 909 sf-$2,914/mo
- 933 sf-$3,117/mo
- 1070 sf-$3,513/mo
- 1333 sf-$4,004/mo
- 1818 sf-$4,146/mo
Almost anything you can think of as far as living expenses comes along with these fees except food and medical. There is an “entrance fee” that is 100% refundable upon move out; it is about $250,000.
Apartments-independent Living
The apartments range in size from 360 sf for $1,692/mo all the way up to 1,080 sf for $3,590/mo. You can live in these and go to the restaurant, lobby, shops without ever stepping outside.
Apartments-assisted Living
On the ground floor of the main building are the Assisted Living areas with care all the way to end of life care.
Very important to note: THIS IS A CONTINUOUS CARE PROPERTY. If you are here and have a catastrophic event, you may have to go to the hospital but you still get to live here in the home you got to choose!
