Located in Northlake, TX, Pecan Square is the small Texas town you grew up in — or wish you did. Designed to create authentic connections, this award-winning community honors its rural roots with nostalgic nods to the original horse farm that once stood on the land. The central idea behind Pecan Square was a walkable town square with unique, forward-thinking amenities made for today’s family. And with a deep sense of community as its driving principle, Pecan Square won the 2021 People’s Choice Community of the Year award.
