make your 1st impression knock them out!
I remember the last couple of homes I’ve purchased: one was a FSBO on a quiet cul-de-sac where we ended up raising our boys. I just had to have this home based almost entirely on my 1st Impression of the lush front yard and tasteful ranch style architecture. Once inside, my feeling was of warmth and a home with a welcome as big as Texas!

What makes working with me different?
- Details matter. Let's spend just a little extra time on the details. 1st Impression.
- What you will never know is how much money you may have left on the table if you leave the bedroom your favorite color-even if it is rose petal pink. Go neutral. 1st Impression.
- The faucet that drips 'only when the handle is to the right a bit' may be costing you big bucks. Replace it. 1st Impression.
- The tree and shrubs in the back that 'don't really bother me' are telling a buyer that you didn't take care of your home and will make them wonder what else you left undone. Remove them. 1st Impression.
