I met with Elizabeth on this bustling New Year’s Eve Day! My first impression of this senior living community was really good! I’m not sure if it was because of the festive day or if this was typical but it just felt lively!…folks were all around the lobby visiting with each other and sitting at the coffee bar.
Other than that, Harbor Chase was very nice. It felt quite similar to Discovery Village and Harvest in the design aspect: an entry and admission desk, large decorative lobby and then the rooms were spaced out around the square shaped structure. The things I considered special or different at Harbor Chase were 1)the main dining room had “order whatever you want” as an option; 2) and outdoor seating; 3)they had a bar that felt very hip with nice lighting and cozy seating.
"modeled after the ritz"...
I was led through a model 1- bedroom apartment that felt a little like a room at the Ritz. The sales girl said they are actually modeled after the Ritz-so there ya go! The apartments had great little kitchens, high ceilings and zero entry showers. Pricing upon request at the community but it starts at about $7100/month.

Watch a game or meet with the girls for a small bite to eat and a cocktail. This space looked even better in person!
