The housing market is ready for some change! If you are buying a resale with cash, you will get a great deal! If you are getting a traditional loan, you may decide to wait until interest rates get a little better. Alternatively if you want to buy or build new AND get a loan, builders are offering crazy good incentives in the way of mortgage buy-downs. I can represent you during the new home build process. I used to work for DR Horton and understand the New Build Contract and the entire process. DON’T BUILD UNREPRESENTED!

What These Numbers Mean to You:

Hmmmm…I do not Google nor ‘AI’ what these numbers mean; maybe I should? This is my newsletter and I like everything in it to be authentic.
This is my opinion of what I think these numbers mean to you. Historically, real estate trends follow economic trends and I think our rather uncertain economy is a true reflection of what residential resale real estate is right now.

I’m beginning to sound like a broken record here but it is what it is! Prices continue to creep up nicely…you just need to be patient when selling. Last October the days on market was only 37 compared to this year’s 88!

I pop into the sales office periodically and I don’t think anyone has quit nor retired in the 5 1/2 years I’ve lived here. All the salespeople get 2 days off in a row, they don’t have to wonder where their next lead is coming from and they look pretty darn happy so when they tell me “sales are good”, I tend to believe them. Not sure what their numbers are year over year but I know every time I play golf, I see another home being built.

When you are encouraging your friends and family to “come to Robson”, don’t forget to consider preowned homes. The bargains are better than they’ve ever been with practically new homes going for less than people have built them for, in some cases. I would love to help! Great Estate Sale at 9513 Greenstone Nov 6-9

The couple who lived in this beautiful home had really good taste in everything! The clothes are nothing but quality-impeccably kept and stored categorically. The kitchen was outfitted with only the best baking supplies, pots, pans and countertop appliances. Two king sized beds with only the best mattresses for sale along with fantastic patio furniture, gardening supplies and other furniture. I have become a better putter

I have played golf off and on since I was 13 years old and I have never been referred to as a ‘good putter’. This year I set out to change that. I started the season back in the spring with the intention of getting a putting lesson and just never connected with our golf pro’s and our schedules. So what do we do when we cannot get better at something? We buy a new [insert item]…putter in my case. I had a putter fitting, ordered exactly what I should be playing and continued to stink it up on the putting green.

Then a round of golf changed things for me; I played golf with a friend of mine whose putting had improved dramatically. She had done 2 things: took an AimPoint Class and bought a training aid used during a putting lesson. I have since done those same 2 things and invested a fair amount of time-not excessive-just some. I do have a life outside of my hobby and have only so much time to give it.

I’m happy to say I HAVE BECOME A BETTER PUTTER. I have some distance to go, but now I have a road map and am getting better with my new found knowledge and training aid.
