Real Estate by the numbers

The average sales price at Robson Ranch decreased by 2% year over year, but home values are still much higher than they were pre-pandemic.  The average price per square foot year over year is relatively flat.  Houses are still selling quite well in our retirement community (34% and 15% more than 2019 and 2020, respectively).  It is definitely taking longer to sell your home, but the difference in sale price vs. list price is on average only $1/SQFT difference in 2023 from last year.
